Working at Google vs. Microsoft Nice write-up on the differences between working at Google and Microsoft. Having interviewed at Google, I can confirm their process is geared toward inexperienced college graduates who know how to make two robots collide. And yes, their management structure is extremely shallow, as were their interview questions. Not at all impressed, I’d rather work at a “real” big company.
